Drum & Quill Public House honors the old tradition of the “Public House” which, historically, were establishments that provide travelers the comforts of food, drink and sometimes a room or even stables – it was shortened later to just “pub” as it’s known today. The “Drum” represents the owners family, Kevin Drum, and the “Quill” pen his father, the late Bob “the Drummer” Drum, a golf writer and journalist and the yarns spun after a few pints. Everyone knows “it’s more fun to eat a Pub than it is to Drink at a Restaurant.
